Although Parkinson’s disease is often diagnosed in people who are over 60, there are people with Parkinson’s who are diagnosed in their 50’s, 40’s or even 30’s. Young Onset Parkinson Disease raises a host of questions, concerns and experiences. Hannah Zejac will be the presenting guest speaker at this meeting. Hannah is a physical therapist who will speak about “Falling”.

Historic re-enactor, Jesse Piaia, will present a one-person interpretation of pioneer aviatrix Amelia Earhart. The program is set in 1936, when Earhart was a popular speaker on the national circuit and preparing for take-off for the around-the-world flight in 1937. Jessa Piaia currently works at Harvard University. She is well-known for her recreations of history, using research, writing and artistry to bring history to life at performances throughout the United States.
