Dr. Shelley Mehlenbacher, the Assistant State Veterinarian, will be visiting from the Department of Agriculture to our sister facility, The Gary Residence. Dr. Shelley will be discussing the position within the state. The assistant state veterinarian cares for the lives of animals across Vermont, examining their well-being and working in conjunction with several different groups of people to keep the welfare of animals first.
