At The Gary Residence, you’ll find a welcoming, congenial atmosphere from the moment you arrive.
In addition to catching up with friends over dinner, you’ll find there’s always a bridge partner nearby, or someone ready to accept your challenge to a game of Scrabble. Individuals with similar interests in music, reading, or current events naturally gravitate to each other, forming groups to share their thoughts on a regular basis. Our small size allows our residents to feel like family, and they receive the support they need to continue living a productive and meaningful life.
You’ll love the homelike environment of our Victorian residence. The spacious living room and comfortable library are perfect for group activities, relaxing, and entertaining family and friends, while our open dining room makes mealtimes pleasant and easy. These common areas add a touch of bright modernity to our renovated historic home.
Getting around is easy at The Gary Residence. Located in downtown Montpelier, we are within walking distance to the public library, senior center, and post office, as well as a variety of banks, churches, hair salons, shops, and restaurants. Residents come and go as they please, and they make meaningful connections within the community. We also provide private transportation to medical appointments and local events in our passenger van.
