Clara’s Garden offers the choice of two beautiful suite types along with a welcoming, one-level floorplan with shared areas for all residents.
The living accommodations at Clara’s Garden are purpose-built, designed for comfort and calm with soothing lighting and colors, and a single-floor layout with apartments and common areas situated in a circular pathway to avoid dead-end spaces. The soothing décor and ample privacy of the suites, combined with close-by amenities, ensures your loved one’s needs are always met.
Suites
Residents may choose from a private or semi-private suite. Semi-private suites include a private bedroom and closet for each person, and a shared en suite bathroom. All suites include:
- Bathrooms with walk-in showers
- Large picture windows
- A large private closet
- Cable TV hookups
- Individually controlled heating and air conditioning
- Full wheelchair accessibility
Rates & Financial Information
We’re here to help ease your loved one’s transition to Memory Care by offering an easy, straightforward application process.
- To join the Priority Waiting List, we require a refundable $1,000 deposit.
- There is no buy-in or entrance fee.
- Upon move-in, this deposit is applied towards the one-time Community Fee of $2,500.
The monthly fee includes 24-hour staffing, medication management, 3 meals a day, transportation to medical and other appointments, cleaning and laundry service, personal care assistance, emergency response system, professional nursing assessments and care planning, health and wellness programs, and social, recreational, and cultural activity programs.
