The historic Pease Farm was in operation for 33 years and now the owner, Sarah, opens her stable to groups who may not otherwise have an opportunity to interact with horses. Residents will have a chance to get up close and personal to several of the horses, and can pet, feed, or groom, these gentle giants.

The Paris Piano Trio in 2 different programs: Saturday March 7 at 7:30 pm AND Sunday March 8 at 3:00 pm at the Unitarian Church of Montpelier.
These three extraordinary musicians (Régis Pasquier–violin | Roland Pidoux–cello | Jean-Claude Pennetier–piano) met as teen-aged students at the Paris Conservatory, then went on to teach there until their recent retirements. They have received rave reviews from across the globe for their profound musicianship, exquisite sound, and their remarkable sense of ensemble. In addition, on Saturday afternoon from 1:30PM-3:30PM the trio members will take turns teaching advanced students of the violin, cello, and piano in a free public masterclass. For more information including concert repertoire, and to order tickets ($15-$25) visit www.capitalcityconcerts.org. Tickets also available at Bear Pond Books. (Check or cash only-in person)
